Our journey began as a local plumbing company. Like many small service businesses, we grappled with the complexities of service management software. We tried out various platforms such as Jobber, Service Fusion, and Service Titan. We were surprised by the incredibly unfair, and one-sided contracts. Even though some of those software options had impressive features, we longed for something simpler, more dependable, and user-friendly.

One of our owners, who happens to also be a programming whiz, started looking at alternative options or possibly doing an in-house custom program. He, along with a couple of dedicated programmers, took the initiative. They started working on a software system that is integrated with real people that is tailored specifically for the needs of small service companies. It was a game-changer! We put it to the test internally with our plumbers and a couple of other plumbing businesses we had close associations with. It did a great job of adapting to our daily tasks.

After a couple of years of refining our processes and programming we feel we're at a point where we'd like to share our creation. We’ve branded it, Zebra Go. Our company is not about hard sales tactics or a big corporate community – we're just extending an invitation to folks like you, our professional colleagues and fellow tradespeople who share our passion for quality service businesses.
