Our payment processing service, Zebra Go Payments, is tailored for efficient transaction handling and is supported by our proprietary hardware, software, network storage, and necessary technology infrastructure.

We respect the privacy of our users. Our practices are detailed in the Zebra Go Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

• To access Zebra Go's full features, you must create an account.
• You are required to provide truthful and complete information about yourself and your business during registration.

Fees and Payments

• Zebra Go does not offer a free trial period for its services.
• We process payments on behalf of our customers and deduct our fees from these transactions.
• All fees paid for our services are non-refundable.
• Users of our pre-paid service must maintain a current card on file. Automatic charges apply for the next pre-payment unless the service is canceled. The remaining balance can be used for appointments, but there are no refunds for any unused balance.

Content

You are responsible for all content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through Zebra Go. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable. You also agree not to post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use Zebra Go for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to violate the rights of any other Zebra Go user.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Zebra Go may change the Terms of Service at any time. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms of Service for any changes. Your continued use of Zebra Go after any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Zebra Go License Agreement Summary

By submitting content to Zebra Go, you grant them a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid license to use, copy, modify, transmit, display, and distribute such content for specific purposes. These purposes include providing the Zebra Go service, creating aggregated and anonymized market research, and improving the Zebra Go service.

Feedback: Zebra Go may use your feedback in any way it deems appropriate, including modifying its services and products. Links; Advertisements; Third-Party Integrations; Contests: Zebra Go is not responsible for the content of any linked websites or for the delivery of any product or service offered by third-parties. Beta Services: Beta Services are pre-release or beta features, technologies, or services that are not yet available to all customers. Disclaimers: Zebra Go disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions, express, implied, statutory, by usage of trade, course of dealing, or otherwise. Limitation of Liability: Zebra Go is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from your use of the Service. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Zebra Go harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service. Termination: Zebra Go may terminate your access to the Website or App for certain reasons, including breach of these Terms of Service.
