How is zebra go different from other CRM platforms like service Titan?

Unlike other platforms like Service Titan, which focus on software development at the cost of human interaction, Zebra Go integrates real people into its service model. While platforms such as Service Titan require extensive training for their complex software, often stretching over a week for several key employees, Zebra Go simplifies this process. Our system, supported by real people, significantly eases the learning curve, requiring minimal onboarding. You or your employees can quickly adapt to our infield scheduling and appointment platform, usually in less than an hour.

This combination of real human interaction and efficient software makes Zebra Go more applicable to a service-based business than the typical hands-off software only approach that often leaves your customers frustrated when their issues do not neatly fit within the software’s pre-set capabilities.

Does zebra go integrate directly with my accounting software?

Zebra Go provides various reports in PDF or.csv formats for your accountant or bookkeeper. We have.csv files that can be downloaded and then uploaded into your accounting software. Unfortunately we do not have any automated integrations into QuickBooks or other accounting software platforms at this time.

Does Zebra Go have an inventory management system?

File zebra Go has a price book platform that allows you to upload your pricing. Our reporting system will show what has been sold over the course of a week or a month, however we do not have a system that tracks how much inventory you have on hand.

What are Zebra Go’s service hours?

We have three different service team hours. Your business will be assigned a core team that works an 8-hour shift that is roughly aligned with your businesses for hours. A second extended support team works typical US daytime hours, while our overnight and holiday teams are located outside of the United States (primarily in the Philippines) and are available to answer phones, reply to text and emails, and provide your customers a 24-hour experience.

Does Zebra Go have a trial period?

Because we have no contract and no monthly fees, a trial period is not really necessary. You can choose to use our percentage based service or purchase a set number of appointments. See more details on our pricing sheet.

Can I just use the Zebra Go software without the answering service?

No. Software like service Titan and jobber require more extensive onboarding and training. Because we have a full back office taking care of scheduling and calls for you, there is a significant reduction in the amount of complexity our clients have to deal with when using our software. It is not designed to be a standalone system.

Can I just use the answering service without the software?

Sorry, no. To keep our phone answering staff efficient at scheduling appointments and keeping your customers happy, they are very familiar and efficient with our own internal software. Our software is custom designed for our operators and is integral to our business model.

Is my entire core support team based in the U.S?

No. Your core support team will always include at least one person here in the US. Our US staff is here to answer your clients phone calls to create the best customer experience. Your core US support lead has several foreign assistants to help them more efficiently schedule and respond to your customers.

What is the process to leave Zebra Go?

If you feel zebra go is no longer a fit for your business, we will happily provide you.csv downloads of all of your data. Unlike many of the other CRMs who delete your data within a month, we allow you to download your data for up to a year.

Does Zebra Go use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to schedule or answer phones?

Absolutely not. While other companies in the CRM industry are rapidly moving towards AI, we feel AI interactions with customers degrade the overall customer experience and Zebra Go is dedicated to having your customers interact with real people, not computer systems.
